Joe Esham is an Eastern Shore native hailing from Nanticoke, MD. His journey into music started early when he was given a bass guitar at age 13. After many years of learning several different instruments, it was the Weissenborn Lap Steel Guitar that truly caught his attention. It was the raw bluesy sound mixed with a beautiful vocal sensibility that seemed to speak to his soul. Now armed with his guitar across his lap and slide in hand, Joe croons and wails his way through some of his favorite blues, reggae, and americana classics. As well as crafting unique and heartfelt original music. Here you can find Joe's rootsy singer/songwriter recordings. Under the nameRivers.End you can find relaxing Weissenborn instrumentals, electronic music, and introspective dub. Either playing solo or accompanied by his close friends, Joe always leaves quite an impression and with any luck you will catch him live and direct soon!
